Circular bioeconomy starts with coffee
ECOFFEE is a pilot project funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme. Its goal is to give a second life to coffee waste from vending machines and the HORECA sector.
Through a collaborative approach between companies, research centres and innovation entities, we transform coffee grounds into natural ingredients for biocides and animal feed — contributing directly to the circular economy and the European Green Deal.
The project has received funding from EC through the CIRCULOOS Grant Agreement N° 101092295.
